Questions organizers ask
Does Savings Circle hold or transfer our money?
No. Members pay each other the way they always do — cash, bank, mobile wallet. The app only records who paid, who’s next and what’s owed.
Do all members need to install the app?
No. Only the organizer needs it. Members get reminders on WhatsApp or SMS from the organizer’s own phone.
How is the draw fair?
The app saves a random seed before the draw and keeps it with the group, so the draw can be re-run later and gives the same order.
Which countries and currencies work?
Any. Pick your currency per group; number formats, payment methods and reminder apps follow your region.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Sign in with your email and your groups are backed up to your account. Sign in on the new phone and they come back. You can also export a backup file anytime.
